🌱 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
🍵 For the Green Tea Punch

💧 2 cups water

🍃 4 green tea bags or 2 Tbsp loose tea

🌿 1 bunch fresh mint (about 1 cup) + extra for garnish

🍸 2 cups vodka
-
🍈 1 cup fresh lime juice (about 8 limes)

🫧 2 cups chilled club soda

🧊 Ice, as needed

🟥 Rhubarb stalks, for garnish
🔧 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Syrup
🫕 Time: 15 mins simmer + 1 hr cooling
Combine:
🟥 Rhubarb + 🍯 Honey + 💧 Water + 🌱 Ginger
in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes.
🧊 Let cool completely (about 1 hour).
🔄 Strain with a fine mesh sieve. Store in a jar (keeps 1 week in fridge).
2️⃣ Brew the Tea
🫖 Time: 5 mins steep + 1 hr cooling
Boil 💧 water, then remove from heat.
🟩 Steep green tea bags for 5 minutes (cover while steeping).
🧊 Remove tea bags and cool completely (about 1 hour).
3️⃣ Assemble the Punch
🍃 Muddle mint in a large pitcher.

🧊 Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 12 hours.
